We import cloves from Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Africa. The best of Lal Pari cloves that are sourced from Indonesia & Sri lanka are our prime imported spices. Directly procuring from farms, help us to keep check on appropriate VO (Volatile Oil) content.

CASSIA SPLIT

The infamous spice Cassia is imported from Vietnam with keeping check on Spiciness and sweetness of the spice at the same time. It is a vital spice for the recipes of multiple blended spices used in India & overseas all round season.

CINNAMON ROLLS

The CINNAMON ROLLS also known as American Cassia, is a favourite spice all around the globe. Having its origin from Vietnam, Indonesia & Sri Lanka, has found its space as key ingredient in bakery delicacies along with blended spices.

NUTMEG

Nutmeg is the seed or ground spice of several species of the genus Myristica. It is imported from Indonesia and Sri Lanka. Along with giving flavours to spices, its also used in confectionery items for its sweet flavors.

STAR ANISEEDS

Star Anise is a medium-sized evergreen tree imported from northeast Vietnam. A spice commonly called star aniseed, star of anise, Chinese star anise, or badian that closely resembles to shape of a star.

GINGER

The very pungent spice Ginger, is preferred seasonally for making spices for Winter and Monsoon delicacies. Sourced domestically from sourthen parts of India (Maharashtra, Karnataka, Kerala) and imported from Nigeria in Nigerian Chips form.

Black Pepper

Bay leaf

The bay leaf is an aromatic leaf commonly used in cooking. It can be used whole or in a dried or ground form. We source the best quality Bay Leaf from India and imported from Vietnam. Indian bay leaves are quite different, having a fragrance and taste similar to cinnamon (cassia) bark, but milder.

RED CHILLY

We are one of the trustable exporters of Red Chilly from India. The various qualities of Red chillies exported are, Sannam (with stem and stemless), Teja, Byadagi. In packing of 10kg & 25kg Jute bags. We export Dry Red Chillies( Cabe Kering) in both 20ft, 40ft containers.

Red chilly powder from India is used worldwide in each and every house for adding spiciness to their foods. We export red chilly powder with a wide range SHUs (Scoville Heat Units) from less spicy to the most spicy powder in different ASTA values.
